OUR FEES

Tuition fees are payable in advance at the beginning of each month or term. This will depend on the number of hours requested by the student or parents at the point the booking is made. Other formal arrangements to pay monthly for the term’s fee or weekly for the month’s fees are negotiable but not encouraged. The rate per hour per course depends on the level of study. STUDENT APPLICATION PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS:

Digital Campus

STEP 1:

You will need to fill in Application Form or Inquiry Form online and submit BY clicking the submit icon (at bottom of page).

FULL TIME ONLINE STUDENTS ONLY

You must submit the completed Application Form together with scanned documents of the following:

• • a copy of your daughter/son’s birth certificate;
  • a copy of your daughter/son’s Baptism/Dedication Certificate (optional)
  • copies of previous school achievements (i.e. Academics, Sporting and Cultural activities)
  • a recent passport-sized photograph of the applicant.
  • application fee of $20 or proof of payment, to the School Secretary.

Please note: applicants of all religious backgrounds are welcome to apply.

STEP 2:

If your daughter/son is accepted, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 to confirm your acceptance of the place. Your fees will be reduced accordingly by the same amount.

STEP 3:

ADMISSIONS PROCESS FOR LOWER 6 (FORM 5)

Procedure to join the Lower 6 Senior Section of the College

Step 1:

Download the application form and brochure below or collect these documents from the Administration office.

Submit the completed application form with:

• Copy of the applicant’s Birth certificate
• Baptism/Dedication certificate copy (Not compulsory)
• Forms 4, 2nd term school report.
• Copies of documents of previous School achievements.
• O level examination result slip: Cambridge or ZIMSEC
• Recent passport size photo
• US$ 20.00 Application fee

Step 2: Selection Process

• Interview with the Director of Studies on selection of subjects and a brief discussion on career prospects.

Step 3: Finalise Your Place

• Confirm subject choices based on your performance by completing the subject preference form.

Step 4: Conclude your enrolment process by

• Paying the current Tuition fees
• Collect the Lower 6 Orientation program from the Admin Office.
